Deeply rooted in our corporate culture is the desire to reduce our environmental impact, and to act ethically in all of our interactions. Because production is based outside of our facility, we work closely with our network of Premier Production Partners to ensure they are using Best Practices in these areas.

Premier Production Partners

In concert with our carefully vetted production partners, we set standards and goals for environmental efforts. We hold quarterly meetings with supply partners to encourage positive efforts in CSR and to educate partners on CSR Best Practices.

Our Premier Production Partners have implemented various environmental initiatives. Recycling, energy efficient buildings, carbon neutral printing, carbon offset credits and internal water recycling are just a few of the programs in place. We encourage our partners to have their initiatives vetted by a third party organization, such as EcoVadis.

Paper Supply Chain Certifications

For clients who require paper certification, all possible work is printed on certified paper. This paper is tracked from forest, to mill, and through production, complying with the strict workflow requirements of FSC, SFI and PEFC certifications.

Transparency in the Procurement Process

Decisions on procurement are now more often made on more than price and schedule. As part of the estimating process, CoEfficient can provide information related to sustainability, MWBE status, and paper usage. For example, information on environmental impact is available for comparison when we provide cost estimates. 

Ethics and Human Rights

Our Premier Platform Partners are all vetted for their statements of ethical hiring, anti-bribery, employee safety and general practices. Volunteer opportunities and charitable giving are standard practice for all. Every supplier is required to sign an agreement with us on Best Practices in ethics and human rights.
